What Happens Next

To register your complaint we will need your full name and reference number, we may also ask you to confirm your address.
First and foremost we will need to establish the nature of your complaint and how you would like us to help you.
Once we have registered your compliant you will be given an identification number as a reference for any further contact regarding your complaint.
We will always try to solve the problem at source. We will reply with answers to your complaint and do our best to offer fair and suitable solutions.
If your complaint requires investigation we will inform you of a realistic timeframe in which you can expect us to respond.
We will endeavour to keep you up to date with any developments.
In the event of you being unhappy with the outcome, your concerns will be passed on to the manager of the relevant department. Should you still not feel the matter has been dealt with satisfactorily, your complaint will be referred to the General Manager.
