To provide the customer with a clear and robust complaints procedure that will ensure that the customer's voice is heard and that their complaint is dealt with in a sincere and satisfactory manner.
Customer feedback is the driving force behind our mission to improve the Silverpoint experience and to maintain our position as leaders in the vacation lifestyle market.
As part of Silverpoint's commitment to industry compliance and customer care we have formed a dedicated Customer Service department to handle feedback - positive and negative - from our customers and to respond accordingly.

There are a number of ways in which you can contact the Silverpoint Customer Service department:
Talk to us in person
The Customer Service Centre is situated at the Hollywood Mirage Club in Tenerife. The office is open Monday to Thrisday from 9.30am until 4.30pm and from 9.30am until 2pm on Friday.

Please call our Customer Service Department on 0800 949 6035. Lines are open between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 9am and 2pm on Friday.
