Silverpoint takes its responsibilities to its clients seriously. Our Customer Service Department is there to make sure that we maintain those responsibilities.
We endeavour to:

  • Make current legislation and Timeshare Law available and transparent
  • Ensure that any issues, concerns or complaints are dealt with to clients' satisfaction
  • Make certain that clients know that their voice is heard

There are a number of ways in which you can contact the Silverpoint Customer Service department:
Talk to us in person
The Customer Service Centre is situated at the Hollywood Mirage Club in Tenerife. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am until 4.30pm.
